About the Role

Bargo Property Maintenance is a local, family-run business seeking reliable and motivated cleaners to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services across commercial, and facility-based sites, including schools and daycares.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces, replenishing stock (hand soaps, paper towels, toilet paper)

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, and amenities

• Disinfecting high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards

• Rubbish removal and bin management

• Following cleaning schedules and site-specific requirements

• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns

• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly

Skills & Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Police Check
